Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Omniideck ("we", "us"). By using Omniideck you agree to them and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Omniideck.

If you use Omniideck for a team, organiser or company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Omniideck is one verified record of every esports player, team, tournament and organiser. It includes player and team records, tournaments and results, rankings, Live, news from Nexal Gaming, identity verification, and a way for partner apps to check who someone is with their consent.

We may add, change or stop parts of Omniideck at any time. Omniideck does not sell goods and takes no payments.

• Give true, current details, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• One person, one account. Do not make accounts for other people or pretend to be someone else.
• If you are under 18, use Omniideck with a parent or guardian’s permission. Omniideck is not meant for children under 13.

• A player record is public unless you make it private in Account › Sharing.
• Only claim a record that is yours. We check claims, and we may refuse or undo one.
• Verification levels say what we have checked, nothing more. A level is not an endorsement of a player, team or organiser.
• Only verify your own identity, with your own NIN, and only with your agreement.

Team owners and staff are responsible for their team’s details, roster, invites and staff. Only list people who really play or work for the team, and only send registration documents that are genuine and yours to send.

• Organisers are responsible for their tournaments and the results they enter. Enter only true results.
• Each result shows how far it has been checked, from "Organiser’s result" to "Checked". Where sources disagree, a result is marked Disputed and our verifiers decide.
• We may correct, hide or remove a tournament, result or record that we believe is wrong, fake or against these terms.
• We work to keep records accurate, but we cannot promise every result, tier or ranking is complete or correct. Please do not rely on Omniideck alone for decisions such as signing a player or paying a prize.

You keep ownership of what you send us, such as photos, team details, suggestions, reports and screenshots. You give us a worldwide, free licence to store, show, adapt and share it as needed to run Omniideck, including on public records and to partners as our Privacy policy describes.

What you send must be yours to share, true, and not:

• unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening or sexual;
• someone else’s private information;
• someone else’s copyrighted work or trademark without permission;
• spam, adverts or malicious code.

• Make false claims, enter fake results, or try to change records you have no right to change.
• Pretend to be another player, team, organiser or Omniideck staff.
• Copy records in bulk by scraping or automated means, outside our partner access.
• Try to get into accounts, data or systems you are not allowed into, or get around our limits and checks.
• Disrupt or overload Omniideck, or help anyone else do any of these things.

When a partner app asks you to verify with Omniideck, we share only what the page shows you, and only if you say yes. Partners use what they receive under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for partner apps or services.

Partners with keys to read our records agree to separate terms with us.

The Omniideck name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Game names and logos belong to their owners. You may link to and share public pages, but you may not copy, sell or reuse Omniideck itself without our written permission.

News articles shown on Omniideck belong to Nexal Gaming or their authors.

Omniideck is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it will always be available, free of errors or secure, or that records, results, rankings, news or streams are accurate or complete. Streams and news come from others; we do not control them.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost prizes, contracts, income, opportunities or data, that come from using Omniideck or relying on its records. Omniideck is free to use, and we take no payments from you.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You agree to cover our losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, from claims by others that arise from what you post, results you enter, or your breaking these terms or the law.

We may limit, suspend or close an account, or remove content, if we believe you broke these terms, put others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you why.

You can stop using Omniideck at any time. You can delete your player record from Account › Profile. Results recorded in tournaments stay with those tournaments.

Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 continue after an account ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute about these terms or your use of Omniideck will be settled by the courts of Nigeria, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.

Please contact us first so we can try to settle it informally. If that fails, the dispute may be sent to binding arbitration.

As far as the law allows, you give up the right to take part in a class action against us.

We may change these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top, and tell you on Omniideck if the change is significant. If you keep using Omniideck after a change, you accept the new terms.

If you play on a team roster, or hold a team or Omniideck role, use the "Report or suggest" button at the bottom right of any page. You will be told each time your report moves. To fix a wrong detail on a record, open the record and choose "Suggest an update".

We do not have a public email address yet. Until we do, those two in-app routes are the way to reach us. This page will name an address as soon as there is one.
