Go to Create an account. We ask for your full name, a username, email, phone, gender and a password. You sign in with your email and password.
Your name, email, phone and date of birth are never shown on your public record.
Use Forgot password. We email you a link to set a new one. If you are signed in, Account › Settings can send the same link.
In Account › Settings. Pick Default (dark) or Mono (light), reset your password, or sign out.
Apply from Account › Profile. Our staff review the application. Once it is approved you have a player record, and you can add your gamertag and games.
Yes. In Account › Profile, choose Delete Player Account and confirm. This removes your player details, takes you off team rosters, takes your record out of the list we send to Nexal for news, and turns you back into a plain account.
Results that organisers recorded in their tournaments stay with those tournaments. To close your whole account, contact us (see "Contacting Omniideck" below).
Your gamertag, photo, games, teams, results and achievements. Never your name, email, phone, NIN or date of birth.
Yes, in Account › Sharing. Records are public when you start.
Public: anyone with the link can see your record, signed in or not, and partners can read it.
Private: nobody else can see your record, and partners are not given it. You are also left off team rosters. Organisers still see you in tournaments you enter.
Open the record and choose "Suggest an update". Say what is wrong, and add links or pictures if they help. Our staff make any change themselves, and you are told either way. You can send 5 a day.
Level 0, Self-declared: details as the player entered them. Nothing checked yet.
Level 1, Confirmed account: email confirmed and a game account linked. Linking game accounts is not open yet, so nobody can reach this level at the moment.
Level 2, Verified identity: your NIN has been checked against the national record.
Go to Account › Verification. It shows each step and where you are. You can send a confirmation email from there, and start the NIN check.
The NIN check is for players whose country is Nigeria, and only runs if you tick the box that says you agree to it. We send your NIN, name, date of birth and phone to our identity provider, which checks them with the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC).
We keep the result: that you passed, when, and the date of birth on the national record. After that your date of birth is locked. Your NIN is never shown on your record or given to partners.
Only from a date of birth checked against your NIN. A date you typed in yourself is never used to say you are an adult.
Organisers record results under the name a player used, even if that player has no account yet. That record is marked Unclaimed. If it is you, open it and choose "Is this you? Claim it", then "Yes, claim it".
Our staff check your claim against the tournament records. If it holds, the record joins your account. Follow your claims in Account › Claims, where you can also search for records by gamertag.
Yes. On your record, choose "This is me". It is confirmed at once if a team already named you, or if you own the linked listing. If not, the team’s managers or our staff decide. One account can hold one person record.
Choose Create team on My teams. You become its owner. To have it marked verified, choose Register verified team and send your CAC registration document (a PDF or picture, up to 8 MB). Verified teams are ones whose roster an admin has checked.
On Invites. Every invite to a team, or to Omniideck’s staff, shows there. Your teams, offers and contracts are in Account › Teams.
A team has owners, managers, coaches, analysts and content staff. An owner can give any role, owner included. Everyone else can only give roles below their own.
To hand a team over, make someone else an owner, then leave. The last owner cannot leave. Changing staff asks for your password if you have not entered it in the last five minutes.
Organisers and competition officials. They add the entrants, groups, matches and scores. Drafts stay hidden until they publish. Organisers find their events in Account › Events. Everyone can browse tournaments in the Directory.
Scheduled: not played yet.
Live: the organiser marked the match as under way.
Organiser's result: entered by the organiser and not yet checked against another source.
Checked: the result matches every source that reported it.
Disputed: a source disagrees with the result, and a verifier is checking it.
Cancelled and Forfeit mean what they say.
When two sources report different numbers for the same match, the result is marked Disputed and goes to our verifiers. They look at the evidence and settle it. Until then the record shows the dispute rather than picking a side.
A tier says how big a tournament is: S is the very top, D is grassroots. A team or player takes the best tier they played in over the last 365 days.
Rankings come from the matches recorded in tournaments. Players are ranked by form (their average match rating), then by how many matches they played. Teams are ranked by their squad’s form. Trophies count tournaments won.
They update within a minute or so of a change, and again every night. They follow the region you pick: a player by nationality, a team by its region and country.
Live is not a real-time feed. A score shows once the organiser enters it.
Team staff with the content role can add streams for their own team. Our moderators can add any stream.
News comes from Nexal Gaming. We match their articles to records by name, and each record shows its stories under "In the news". A match can be wrong; if a story is on the wrong record, use "Suggest an update" on it.
Public details only, so their stories can link to the right record: names, games, nationality or region, teams and career counts. Never emails, phones, dates of birth or NINs. Match reports we suggest go to Nexal as drafts, and their editors decide whether to publish.
Pick Global, or a continent, and narrow it to a country if you like. Lists, Live and rankings then show that place. Your pick is kept in the page address and in this browser. Your profile country is only offered as a suggestion.
Records with no place on file only show under Global. If a list looks empty, choose Show Global.
Some apps, Engy first, let you prove who you are with your Omniideck record. We ask you one question: "Share this with" that app? If you say yes, the app gets your Omniideck ids, your verification level, whether you are over 18 (only if your NIN is checked), and the teams you own or manage.
It never gets your name, email, phone, NIN or date of birth. If you say no, you go back to the app and nothing is shared. Every yes is logged.
If the app needs a higher level than you have, the page tells you and links to Account › Verification.
Approved partners can read public records: display name, photo, country, region, games, teams, level and badges. A private record is not given to them. See Account › Sharing.
Use the "Report or suggest" button at the bottom right of any page. It is there if you play on a team roster, or hold a team or Omniideck role. Pick a problem or an idea, write one line, and say how much it matters. You can add more detail and up to 3 screenshots.
We include the page you were on and, while that box is ticked, your browser details. If someone already reported the same thing, choose "Same for me". You are told each time your report moves. You can send 20 a day.
It is only for players on a roster and people with a team or Omniideck role for now. To fix a record, use "Suggest an update" on that record instead; anyone signed in can. Sign in first if you have not.
If you play on a team roster, or hold a team or Omniideck role, use the "Report or suggest" button at the bottom right of any page. You will be told each time your report moves. To fix a wrong detail on a record, open the record and choose "Suggest an update".
We do not have a public email address yet. Until we do, those two in-app routes are the way to reach us. This page will name an address as soon as there is one.
Read our Privacy policy and Terms. Both are drafts waiting for legal review.
